Returns

To return the items bought on our website you can contact us at meancrochetmachine@gmail.com, at the latest 14 days after you received your order .

Custom orders can not be returned.

The shipping fee to return any order is at the expense of the client, unless there was a fabrication error or a wrong order.

Please send back all items in the same condition as you received them (includes packaging, instructions, etc).

A refund will be sent after reception of the items and after verifying the items were not used and can be sold again.
